Set up Read Later

Save articles now, read them later — clean, ad-free, and stored on your own instance.

You'll need (about 2 minutes)

  • Your username — shown on your dashboard card
  • Your password — "Reveal password" on the dashboard card

Everything on "your dashboard card" is at gateholm.com/account.

  1. Sign in

    Open read.gateholm.com and log in with the username and password from your dashboard card.

  2. Save your first article

    Click + and paste any article's address — it's fetched, cleaned of clutter, and saved to your list.

  3. Save from your browser in one click

    Drag the bookmarklet from the "How to" page (in the top menu) to your bookmarks bar, or install the official wallabagger browser extension and point it at read.gateholm.com.

  4. Read on your phone

    The official wallabag apps (App Store / Google Play) connect with your server address plus an API client — create one under Settings → API clients management, then enter its ID and secret in the app.
