Gateholm Drive

Set up Drive

Your files, synced across your devices with the official Nextcloud apps — sign in once on each device and forget about it.

You'll need (about 3 minutes)

  • Your username — shown on your dashboard card
  • Your password — "Reveal password" on the dashboard card

Everything on "your dashboard card" is at gateholm.com/account.

  1. Sign in on the web

    Open drive.gateholm.com and sign in with the username and password from your dashboard card. That's your Drive — upload, organize, and share from any browser.

  2. Sync your computer

    Install the official Nextcloud desktop app (nextcloud.com/install) for Windows, macOS, or Linux. When it asks for a server address, enter https://drive.gateholm.com and approve the login in your browser.

  3. Add your phone

    Install the Nextcloud app from the App Store or Google Play, point it at https://drive.gateholm.com, and sign in the same way. Turn on auto-upload for photos if you want a private camera roll backup.

  4. Share something

    Right-click any file or folder → Share → create a link. You can set a password and an expiry date on every link.

Files are encrypted in transit and stored on access-controlled EU servers. Drive is not end-to-end encrypted — for things that must be mathematically private, use Vault or Notes.
