One-time setup: point it at your Gateholm vault
  1. Open the app and, on the login screen, find the server / region picker (it says bitwarden.com) and choose Self-hosted.
  2. Paste your server address: https://passwords.gateholm.com
  3. Save, then log in with your email and your vault master password. The setting sticks — you only do this once.
